Dee’s Curtains and Blinds wants all its customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases.

We are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to maintain our excellent standards.

Your purchase is guaranteed to be free of any manufacturer’s defects. If such defects exist or goods have been damaged in transit you must notify Dee’s Curtains and Blinds within 7 working days.

Please call on 01277 625188 or email dee@deescurtainsandblinds.co.uk. And we will then discuss next steps. These will consist of an assessment of the complaint on your premises and a thorough investigation.

We will then notify you of the outcome of our investigations and discuss a mutually satisfactory outcome.
